April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month
Denim Day Wednesday, April 26.
Why Denim?
The campaign began after a ruling by the Italian Supreme Court when they overturned a 1999 rape conviction. The justice argued that, because the victim wore tight jeans, she must have given consent.
