Military Child Poem Contest

Note: This event has already passed.

Youth Services Presents:
Military Child Poem Contest

Theme for the Month of the Military Child is: "Standing Strong & Proud"
Create an Acrostic Poem using a word(s) from the theme to describe your experience as a military (affiliated) child.

An Acrostic is a poem in which the first letters of each line spell a word or phase. Usually, the first letter of each line is capitalized. Acrostics are easy to write because they don't need to rhyme, and you don't need to worry about the rhythm of the lines. Each line can be as long or as short as you want it to be.
